This program begins with deep understanding and provides ongoing support when you need it most:
Intensive Discovery Session: We’ll dive deep into who you are, the work you do, and the specific obstacles you’re facing. This comprehensive session allows me to truly understand your unique situation and create a foundation for your transformation. Following this session, we’ll outline your goals for the 6-week session.
6 - 1:1 Sessions (weekly cadence): Each week, we’ll focus on the goals we set during your discovery session, using what’s actually happening in your business as the vehicle to work through them. That difficult client conversation? It’s an opportunity to practice boundary setting. The project scope that’s expanding? We’ll use it to refine how you communicate expectations. Every real-world situation becomes a change to build the skills and frameworks you need to reach your goals.
Asynchronous Access: Monday through Thursday, you’ll have direct access to me via Slack for asynchronous support. Whether you’re facing a challenging moment, need quick feedback, or want clarity on a decision, I’m there to guide you through.
