For experienced soloists and fractionals who have built something successful
and are starting to wonder how much longer they can keep running it this way.
Your business is successful
It shouldn’t feel this exhausting
Sound Familiar?
You didn’t start your business because you wanted to spend your evenings thinking about client conversations, rewriting emails in your head, or wondering when you’ll finally have time for the work you enjoy. You started it because you wanted to build something of your own. And in many ways, you have.
The clients are there. The revenue is there. From the outside, your business probably looks successful. But somewhere along the way, you found yourself spending more time reacting than creating. The work that once energized you has been crowded out by work that drains you. And it doesn’t stop when you close your laptop.
You know there are conversations you need to have, decisions you’ve been postponing, and parts of your business that no longer fit the way you want to work. It might feel like a collection of unrelated problems, but in my experience, they’re usually connected. They’re the result of patterns that have shaped the way your business operates over time.
That’s where I begin.
Work With Me
The Reset
One Month. One Problem.
For consultants who have something specific they need to resolve. An uncontrollable client. Scope that keeps creeping. A boundary that keeps getting crossed.
We spend one month working through it together, not just to stop the bleeding, but to understand the pattern underneath it so it doesn’t come back in a different form.
Four weekly sessions. A short recap note before each one so that we’re never starting from scratch. Direct email access throughout.

The Architecture
Four Months. The Whole Business
For consultants who are done managing symptoms and ready to change how their business operates.
We spend four months identifying the patterns shaping how you work, making deliberate decisions that create more capacity, and building something that’s easier to run going forward.
A 90-minute kickoff to understand your business fully. Bi-weekly sessions from there. A short recap note before each one. Direct email access throughout.

Who This Is For
This work is for soloists who are already successful by most measures, but know something about the way they’re working needs to change.
Working together tends to go well when:
You’ve caught yourself thinking: if I just get through this stretch, it’ll start to feel good again. And then it doesn’t.
You’re running an established business with paying clients and you’re ready to make it more sustainable.
You want direct, thoughtful input on your decisions, not someone who will just make them for you.
You’re willing to have the conversations you’ve been avoiding.
You care about doing exceptional work without sacrificing your time, your energy, or your life outside the business.
This probably isn’t the right fit if:
You’re in early days and still building your client base.
You’re looking for a formula to following rather than someone to think alongside.
One more thing:
I only work with clients I genuinely believe I can help.
If we decide to work together and it becomes clear I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you.
I’d rather say that upfront than take your time and money when the fit isn’t there.
Why I Do this Work
For more than a decade, I ran a successful consulting business built entirely through referrals. From the outside, it looked like everything was working.
It wasn’t. I was the primary income earner for my family, raising a son, and I could feel myself giving the most to the things that mattered the least.
A serious health scare forced me to ask a question I’d never really considered:
What if success isn’t just about building a profitable business? What if it’s about building one you actually have the capacity to keep running?
That question changed the way I looked at everything.
I started paying attention to the decisions that had shaped my business over time, what gave me energy and what took it away, and where I’d traded long-term sustainability for short-term momentum.
The business didn’t transform overnight, but every change I made brought me closer to a business I could sustain. I stopped measuring success by how much I could carry and instead started measuring it by the capacity I had to enjoy the life I’d worked so hard to build.
That experience is the foundation of this work.
